Debajo de regular.
Personal amable y la comida estaba rica.
Instalaciones, no había agua caliente era intermitente llamamos 3 veces a mantenimiento, la televisión no funcionaba y el wifi tampoco, camas demasiado duras, algunas paredes del cierto se estaba descarapelando, había un ratón en la habitación a lado y una cucaracha en el nuestro.

Las instalaciones son viejas, la alberca no funcionaba y la televisión por cable no se miraba bien, tuvimos que cambiarnos de habitación ya que habia un raton en nuestra habitacion.

Llegamos a las 3.00 pm hora del check in y la habitación no estaba lista tuvimos q esperar una hora más. El hotel descuidado las instalaciones ya se ven viejas. La alberca no daba servicio ese día y estaba llena de hojas y sucia. La habitación muy sencilla para la tarifa tan alta
